Suzanne is open to considering new opportunities for writing and website development. She will only consider website development opportunities with small businesses and non-profit organizations within the Lower Mainland or Sea to Sky Corridor. Communications and Workplace Health Consultation for Businesses
Suzanne works with a variety of small businesses to design promotions and identify strategic opportunities to improve businesses. Workplace health consulting begins with a comprehensive needs assessment that analyses health resources, such as benefits packages, organizational culture, policies, absenteeism and employee engagement, prescription usage, and environmental factors influencing employee and organizational health.
Analyzing both organizational culture and population health data from your organization allows Suzanne to move to developing a series of recommendations, designed collaboratively with your organization. The strategic changes will focus on two goals:
1. lowering barriers for employees to access healthy options;
2. increasing opportunities for employees to maintain their health.
Every organization has ways in which the health and safety of their people are challenged; Suzanne has a passion for identifying those risks and helping you build resiliency in your organizational culture in order to keep your employees healthy and engaged.
